Overall 4-7 years of relevant experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
Should be able to understand financials and key metrics and its implication towards business
Ability to analyze historical data, understand trends and derive insights
Ability to analyze large data and come up with useful insights and must be able to grasp and communicate complex ideas
Possess strong project management and organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather required data and provide meaningful insights
Excellent proficiency of MS office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
Should have excellent problem solving, and is able to work effectively in a less structured environment
Comply with Data privacy, security and confidentiality policies
Soft Skills:
Should have excellent problem solving, and is able to work effectively in a less structured environment and manage time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating architecture and design principles
Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently.
