Job description

Roles Responsibilities Drive robustness in supply chain processes and operations for Food FMCG verticals Observe the processes at warehouses and hubs in the city, and suggest data backedchanges to improve the efficiency of the existing processes Drive constant problem solving at the warehousedelivery hub and ensure continuousprocess improvement Work with operations teams to ensure that the hubs are following the processesstandardized as per the process playbook and achieve complete process adherence. Work with central process excellence team, to identify and deploy solutions tooperational problems Conduct regular audits around cash, material and documents at the hub and presentreports to the central team Own the process deployment charter for the city - train operations resources on newprocesses and process changes Own the performance and hygiene metrics with the City Manager, and work towardsachieving the required targets Drive process reconciliation operations pendency closures across all supply chainassets in the city Lead the city network design and operational planning, and work with the city manager toexpand operations in the city Work with central process and design teams to improve the layouts of hubs and warehouses, to increase efficiency. Ensure operational adherence on ground, to thedesigned layouts. Desired Skill Sets Experience Knowledge in SQL, Python R. Strong in data and analytics making data backed decisions Good in anticipating problems and problem solving Ability to judge and take right decisions at right time Familiarity with supply chain processes e.g. Inventory planningcontrol, warehouse management operations, Last Mile Ops, Transportation etc. Experience working in high growth environment and deliver solutions and ensure excellence Relevant educational background - BE, B.tech, BSc, MBA or PGDM Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics etc.
