  • To ensure smooth launch of new products on the shopfloor, first time right and with optimal productivity through usage of proper TS/IATF tools such as APQP etc.. To smoothen production processes of existing products which were not launched properly. To work on process improvement projects to improve quality, productivity and safety during production. Management of tool room dept.
