  • The Services Strategy: 2020 is an integral part Citi s Operations & Technology (O&T) Strategy and aims to transform all aspects of our Operations including end- to- end Business Alignment, Service Excellence, Risk and Controls, Operating Efficiency and Talent.

    Your role will be to support Business leaders and partners in Citi Shared Services, helping them redesign their processes to put the customer at the center of everything we do. Through the application of Lean tools and techniques, you will identify major pain points, investigate their root causes and provide innovative solutions that transform the client experience. Partnering with Operations and CitiLean and Smart Automation center. you will become a trusted and independent advisor to the Business, upskilling and empowering our people to independently solve problems for the benefit of our clients.

    What You'll Do: 

    CitiLean Project

    Support the CSC CitiLean lead in identification of improvement opportunities that are aligned to priorities of the CSC and other CSC business heads

    You will deep dive and strive to understand the business problems and uncover insights using data which can significantly improve the performance of CSC operations across APAC.

    Lead not limited to project / work- streams / process with objective of identifying expense reduction opportunities to help meet overall project goals

    Support Project teams in identifying pain points using CitiLean tools such as Process Mapping, VSM, SIPOC

    Lead Data collection efforts to validate hypothesis/ pain points

    Conduct in- depth data and process analysis to identify root causes

    Support Project Managers in facilitating Root cause and Kaizen workshops

    Support and assist in project Management activities like project reporting etc.

    You will need to provide regular and comprehensive updates to project sponsors on the status and foreseeable risks in the project plan.

    Process Maturity (Operational excellence) Assessment

    Support the CSC lead in conducting process maturity assessment to drive continuous improvement

    CitiLean Training and Adoption

    Support in driving various CitiLean training courses, reporting, and participating in initiatives that drive CitiLean and Smart Automation mindset in the organization

    Smart Automation

    Help in identification of alternate technologies like automation anywhere etc. to improve the processes

    Helping the CSC lead in adhering to the RPA methodology to drive implementation of the alternate technology solutions

    Problem solving skills - - Ability to identify insights or opportunities, investigate and develop coherent problem statements and recommendations to act on

    CitiLean sense - - Ability to translate operational insights and opportunities into solutions

    Self- Motivated Self- motivated and a go getter to drive objective of the roles

    Willingness to learn CitiLean and Smart Automation Centre analyst is fast- paced role

    You'll be presented with complex challenges and be expected to learn quickly to solve them

    You should be willing to unlearn and learn new things on the go
