Job description:
Hiring for Quality/Process Excellance TL/AM for an International BPO at Noida:
-Develop queries using Boolean and temporal logic.
-Perform analysis of query/call listening
-Compile analysis results and create presentations.
-Night Shifts, 5 days
Required Candidate profile:
-Graduate with minimum 5 years experience of Contact Center.
-Atleast 3 years experience in call quality function.
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills for English.
-Must have worked in process excellence.
-Client relationship is must
