Job Description


  • 1. Preferably worked in Bank/NBFC/Health care/Telecom/BPO into Customer Service Process
    2. Should have hands-on experience on customer service handling.
    3. SLA and TAT measurements understanding
    4. Knowledge on Banking preferred
    5. Sound knowledge on customer centric requirements
    6. Process improvements/initiatives done basis customer service prioritized projects 
    7. Six sigma/ lean projects preferred
    8. Pulse for the customer should be there
    9. Knowledge on Excel and PPT is must
    10. Ability to do data cuts on customer centric points
    11. Handled large teams


Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
