Responsible for Follow up & track movement of projects like Milk Run, Lean implementation & Automation in plant.
Monitor critical and urgent orders, especially Export / commitment orders.
Monitor Product / Spares packing improvements.
Provide secretarial & administrative support to GM Operations in an effective & efficient manner.
File & maintain all MIS correspondence and strict vigilance of confidential documents / information.
Prepare, distribute & pen down minutes of meeting & prepare presentations.
Provide necessary support to other departments in operations & assistance in various office projects.
