  • Management of QMS as per the provisions of respective Quality Manual. Ensuring periodical surveillance checks of Process control checks carried out by Process owners. Arranging periodic internal audit and follow up of results as per Management Review meetings. Initiation of corrective actions for NCs in internal audit and maintenance of records thereof. Advising/assisting Process owners in factory on matters of QMS specially respect to ISO.  9001, as laid down in respective quality manual. Arranging third party audit/surveillance audit if and when required. Ensuring the proper and effective implementation of the SOPs for production, quality and plant maintenance, handling quality checks during New Product Launch. Handling Customer complaints developing Corrective & Preventive Action Plan (CAPA) and Customer Audits. Support in proper and effective implementation of ISO 9001/ 22000 or relevant certification. Generating MIS out of Monthly QA Score Card. Arrange periodic training by liaison with HR department on different QMS standards
