Job description:
1. Implementation of QMS in activities with co - ordination with the activity head.
2. Providing training to personnel's on QMS/ Manual/SOPs/WIs as per schedules/ When required.
3. Review of the QMS implementations status in all departments on a monthly basis or as when required/instructed.
4. Conducting the internal audits on timely basis and maintaining the records.
5. Review of the actions on the NC and verification of their closure.
6. Analyzing the reasons for the non - conformance and eradicating them leading to full conformance.
7. Generating the various reports (e.g. Temp. data, Calibration, MRM, Internal Audits, Visits, Complaints analysis, Feedback analysis reports)
8. Responsible for maintaining the internal audit & MRM documentations.
9. Raising NC to operations dept. if found deviations as per the defined SOP.
10. Bringing improvements in the existing processes for better quality data.
11. knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and 13485:2016.
