JOB DESCRIPTION
High Level Responsibilities:
Lead analytics product development teams to develop data products and solutions for complex business problems through latest tools and technologies with a particular focus on actionable insights and user adoption
Provide thought leadership across the team and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver high quality data analytics products and solutions.
Work across departments within business and outside to collaborate and drive various platform and product initiatives in alignment with corporate roadmap.
Provide product leadership, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans to drive product releases from business requirements gathering to launch and adoption in a complete end to end lifecycle
Well versed and extremely competent in digital product development space to drive analytics product management through Agile practices. Should have hands on experience in any one of the Agile tools (JIRA, Rallyetc)
Communicate and provide timely status updates to stakeholders, management, cross-functional peers in a comprehensive product review format/template.
Demonstrated experience in all stages of the analytics lifecycle to provide direction, coaching and motivation to product teams in a high paced, dynamic and uncertain business conditions. Ability to zoom in and zoom out throughout the lifecycle on need basis.
Experienced in Data warehousing concepts and should have a working knowledge of the common data engineering concepts to partner with IT department on building and sustaining a corporate enterprise wide DataMart for data analytics
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills to deliver trainings and demos in workshops, conferences, and to other internal stakeholders
Self-motivated, passionate, driven to excel and help realize business growth and build great team dynamics to build sustainable, scalable, high performance teams
Extremely competent in product leadership and management, people management, career development, team development, and stakeholder management
