Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Inspection of incoming Electrical equipments & Mechanical materials /components & ensuring Site execution work as per the drawing

Review of SLD, Vendor equipments like CT, PT, VCB, LA, HT panels and Inverter duty Transformers.

Reviewing of SAT, FAT reports & Vendor material inspection work (Electrical & Mechanical equipments)

Knowledge of IS/IEC standards and ANSI codes for Electrical works.

Knowledge of Internal and External auditing processes, ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 50001 Energy management, ISO 14001 OSHA certification and documentation work.

Pre-Dispatch inspection of Electrical equipment like CT, PT, Transformer, Cables, Transformer, Lightning arresters, and HT panels.

Documentation of Quality related documents Such as Equipment calibrations, Checklists, Test reports, Field observation reports, Non-conformance reports and Site engineering request reports.

Preparation of QAP, Checklist and procedures.

Solar module testing Equipment such as IV curve tracer, EL Tester and Sun simulator.

Handover (HOTO) of the project site to the Operation and maintenance team.

Understanding of all Systems, Processes & Knowledge wrt QMS- Quality Management System

Timely preparation & circulation of Internal Audit Plan by effective analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

Well-experienced in QA/QC solar background. Working experience in corporate office and handling sites.
