POSITION: Quality Manager (US Market-Lead generation process)
Business Hours: US EST/ EDT (Monday-Friday)

Role:
* Managing the team of Quality Analysts & responsible for performing regular Quality checks across every campaign.
* Responsible for Quality Assurance & Quality control across multiple campaigns on the floor & ensuring 100% qualified deliverables.
* Auditing the calls for Operations team if required & providing relevant feedback to the team in case of any deviation from the standard parameters on the call.
* Encouraging the team to provide a feedback for their calls which results in self awareness.
* Providing the feedback to the management for further improvement in the process.
* Report writing about the quality of each team and displaying the same for further improvement.
* Preparing businesses reports and send that to the Reporting Manager/ client on everyday/weekly basis.
Work Location: World Trade Centre, Tower 2 Unit No 312, 3rd Floor, Kharadi, Pune- 14
EDUCATION: Graduates/ Post Graduates
