Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

- SMT, Leaded components: Handling, Storage, Applicable Shelf Life

- MSL Levels and components,

- IPC 610 Standard Awareness & Certified  for latest standard

- EMS Processes: Screen printing, SMT, Reflow, VI/AOI, ICT, Testing & De-bug etc.

- Bare PCB manufacturing & schematic

- Understand design schematic & derive technical solution

- Good Electronics Hardware Testing experience

- PCBA Level Debug and fault finding

- Hands on experience in field failure testing & analysis

- Proficient in component engineering and ability to collaborate with hardware design       

  (electronic) team for failure analysis
- RCA process, break fix design, manufacturing, testing issues & own till resolution

- knowledge of Industry Specific Type Test requirements of PCBA used in Electric Panel
Assembly of UPS, Inverters, Solar Inverters, STS, AHF etc.

- Accountable for Periodically Review and Update CTQ for PCBA as per design documents and
applicable standards.

- Review and assessment of Supplier PFC, FMEA & CP as per the defined frequency

1. Certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015, Preferred for EMS14001, OHSAH 45001

2. Certified for latest IPC 610 Standard for Electronics card assemblies

3. Certified Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt will be preferred

4. Competent in Statistical Methods, DMAIC,7QC Tools, Minitab (Preferred)

5. Exposure to A3 Projects & TTI

6. SAP Quality Management - End-User Application Expertise for day to day work
