Job description

PwC AC is hiring for Process Specialist role for Kolkata/Bangalore/Hyderabad location with 5 to 7 yrs of process mapping/process improvement skills using visio, others (e.g., Lucidchart) with Six Sigma- Black or Green belt.

Shift timing- Flexible to work in US shifts

Qualification- Any graduate/post graduate

Incumbent will be involved in the following activities-

Understand client ask and deliver process documentation as per the requirement and work on research part as per the industry/Sector
Facilitate working sessions/process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results
Develop clear and detailed process maps based on business requirements
Identify issues and risks
Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
Ensure high standard of quality in deliverables
Taking ownership of the assigned tasks.
Managing process change
Work in a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams
Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team bonding, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
Sense of understanding in next gen process improvement
Ability to learn new things or new technology within short span as per business needs
Ability to analyze and interpret information and content
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work
Bachelor's degree in any
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
Experience in facilitating workshops and focus groups
Visualization tool experience (Alteryx, Power BI, Google Docs)
Process mapping skills using visio, others (e.g., Lucidchart)
Process improvement tools & techniques (e.g., Lean, Kaizen etc.)
Experience in Project Management
PMP Certification or any relevant certification on Project management
Strong business/client engagement skills
Experience in developing business requirements
Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Understanding of process improvement
Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentation.
Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new digital technologies
Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision
