Job description

• Responsible and Accountable for delivering Digitalization initiatives across manufacturing value chain.
• Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify Manufacturing process and automation gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Collaboration with different functions to enable and debottleneck any gaps and fast pace the execution.
• Running PMO for all projects in manufacturing function in alignment with business partner and business.
• Use case prioritization based on business value and other agreed criteria.
• Lead Value discovery for Digital Use cases and define detailed Business cases along with Business teams for prioritized use cases.
• Partner with business in translating digital business opportunity into a techno-functional scope of work and map it to best-in-class digital solutions available in the market. Implement Innovation factory, from Opportunity, to POC to Operationalization of solutions.
• Part of techno-commercial evaluation of best-in-class and fit-for-purpose digital solutions and products.
• Lead and govern partner and internal teams on the digital program implementation and ensure Change Management, Adoption and Benefit fulfilment.
• Implement track the value realization through defined framework.

Qualifications Experience

• Qualification - MBA, PGDM, B. Tech
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Design Thinking, Cost Benefit Analysis
• Tools - MES, Data Historian, Golden Batch Analytics, AI/ML, Optimization, RPA/Bots, etc.
• Preferred Domain Experience - Manufacturing, Pharma, Nutrition Industry, Industrial automation.
• Total Experience - 5 - 7 years
• 2 years Relevant experience on one of more of above technologies with at least 2 successfully projects delivered
• Exposure to Data analytics is add on.
