The training includes Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Toyota Production System principles like Heijunka, Jidoka, Just-in-Time, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and process bottleneck identification.
It is a 60-hour instructor-led workshop that can be taken in flexible class durations of 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours per session to fit your schedule.
Participants must submit project mentorship reports for six projects, which will be reviewed and approved by AIG’s Master Black Belt (MBB) panel through a viva-voce exam.
