The Green Belt Six Sigma Training Program Certification can be taken up by individuals who want to or are involved in process improvement. The Green Belt program @ AIG, is an evolved training program, that focuses on understanding the implementation rather than just theoretical concepts.
We believe in Learning by doing and perhaps ours is the only program in the entire industry which is not a white board based rote education. Our consultants work with participants so that the participants can understand and get hands-on experience of the tools and Minitab.
To support the above, our program design is such that the Learning process is based on lot of hands on practice. We train you on the DMAIC methodology and program is designed such that post tollgates participant is mandated to complete project and appear for preparatory test for the sections completed. Upon completion of both, the trainer shall commence the training of the next phase and so on.
Our GB program is 40-hour program, which can be done in classes in the multiple of 2 hours i.e. the class duration can be 2,4,6,8 hours and the same shall decide the overall duration of the program. We work 6 days in a week and the participant can choose his class time based on his availability.

Green Belt Certification has two mandates:
1: Submission of 1 Green Belt projects duly approved by AIG Faculty.
2: Completion of the online final exam with greater than 60% marks
Upon completion of the above mandates, you shall be awarded certification.
You have to mandatorily complete the program in 3 months, failing which a rejoining fee is levied.
If you are not interested in doing the project, the same shall have to be sent across to the AIG Team. Upon clearing the final online exam with greater than 60% marks, you shall be awarded Green Belt Trained Certificate.
You can re-appear in the final exam without any additional fee as many times as required. Just that the pass mark for the exam shall increase by a 10% with every failed attempt.
Yes, we have a good support system for placements in AIG. We help people get jobs and for the same following activities are taken up: Assistance in resume preparation Interview preparation sessions are conducted to help make you more presentable in the interview All students are provided with access to our job blog and WhatsApp group where you can get several openings available. We do not guarantee jobs.
Payment is accepted in all modes in AIG. You can make bank transfer through the available payment gateway, you can swipe your debit or credit card. Additionally you can also pay through cheque or demand draft. (Demand Draft should be made in favor of ‘Advance Innovation Group’ payable at ‘Noida only’.).
You can choose your class timings between 10am to 8pm across the week, barring Wednesdays (Non working day for AIG)
