Our Lean Silver Program is an intermediate level that comes after Lean Bronze or Lean Basic Training in our offering in the Lean category.

Lean is a continuous improvement philosophy which is based on relentlessly finding efficiencies and eliminating waste from the process.

This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and know- how of improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of your processes by removing everything that does not add value and implementation of the different Lean Concepts and tools.

• Duration

  Our Lean Platinum program is a 30-hour program, which can be done in classes in the multiple of 2 hours i.e. the class duration can be 2,4,6,8 hours and the same shall decide the overall duration of the program.

  Exam and Certification

  There will be an examination post completion of the training, passing percentage is 60. After successful completion of exam, certificate shall be awarded.

  Can I take online classes for Lean Silver Certification? I am not based out of a city that you operate from?

  Yes, you may. We can work at arranging the Lean Silver Certification Sessions with the faculty over Skype or other modes.

  What is the maximum time duration allowed for completion of the Lean Silver Program?

  While the total program is for 30 hours and people tend to complete it in maximum of 2 months. We @AIG, allow you a maximum of 3 months to complete these 30 hours of training and the other related activities that are mandatory for certification issuance.
