Lean Bronze Training

Lean Bronze Certification is one of the preliminary levels of Lean Certifications available with Advance Innovation Group.

This is a 16 hours program in which the participant shall be able to understand the concepts & tools in Lean.

What does the Program Include:

1. Understanding elements of  Value Stream Mapping and how is it different that process maps.
2. Understanding of the 5S Concepts
3. Understanding TPS Concepts of Heijunja, Jidoka & Just-in-Time
4. Understanding the Lean Principles
5. Understanding the 3 Ms – Mura, Muri, Muda

Duration

Our Lean Bronze program is a 16-hour program, which can be done in classes in the multiple of 2 hours i.e. the class duration can be 2,4,6,8 hours and the same shall decide the overall duration of the program.

We work 6 days in a week and the participant can choose his class time based on his availability.

Exam and Certification

The Lean Bronze Certification by AIG is provided post the participant scoring greater than 60% marks in the examination that has to happen post the course completion.

Can I take online classes for Lean Bronze Certification? I am not based out of a city that you operate from?

Yes, you may. We can work at arranging the Lean Bronze Certification Sessions with the faculty over Skype or other modes.

What is the maximum time duration allowed for completion of the Lean Bronze Program?

While the total program is for 16 hours and people tend to complete it in maximum of 1 months. We @AIG, allow you a maximum of 2 months to complete these 16 hours of training and the other related activities that are mandatory for certification issuance.
