Job description

• Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the companys products meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Ensure the company is compliant with all relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
• Manage a team of quality control technicians, providing direction, training and support as necessary.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality control systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and report on quality metrics, including customer complaints and non-conformance data, to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, using lean and six sigma methodologies, to improve processes and product quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices to ensure the companys quality systems remain current and effective.
• Carry out internal and in process investigation for customer complaints.
• Work with the Engineering and Operations teams to build scalable and sustainable processes and control systems and guide Maxwell to achieve six sigma reliability in electronics manufacturing

Must-Have Requirements:

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing 5-8 years
• Bachelors Degree in engineering
• Extensive Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 2015 standards.
• Certified Auditor of ISO and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of Quality Core tools. (AIAG guidelines)

Nice-to-have Requirements:

1. Experience with statistical process control, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
