Job Description :

JOB PURPOSE:
Consultant Lean Six Sigma will be responsible to facilitate and lead continuous improvement process across various functions within MeritTrac.
.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Audit:
o 100% check on each project completion on process adherence
o Report on the audit findings
o Re-train members to ensure the processes

Quality Control:
a) Defining Quality control processes in the existing process.
b) Create checklist/ other tools to track and monitor QC output.
c) Collate dashboards on Quality METRICS across MeritTrac processes.
d) Perform detailed RCA and arrive at CAPA.

Quality Assurance:
a) Strategize to move towards defect prevention from defect detection.
b) Ensure we work on strategies to move to Zero defect process.
c) Create standardized processes across MeritTrac.

External Certifications:
External Quality Certifications CMM Level 3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and other certifications
Create, Train and Deploy the QMS processes across the Organizations
Ensure sustenance of external certifications

Internal Certifications Audit:
Internal Audit of processes as per CMM Level 3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 monthly / quarterly for compliance checks
Ensure non-conformances are actioned based on internal audit
