Business Case: The Bank was incorporated in August 1994 and is the leading Private Sector Bank in the country. As of September 30, 2016, the Bank had a nationwide distribution network of 4,548 branches in 2,596 cities/towns. Bank is a major player in Auto Loans segment. It has been observed that of the total auto loan leads generated only 33% are converted and 67% are lost which is very high and conversion needs to be taken to 50%. Improving conversion will lead to rise in profitability as the Bank is the largest player in this segment in the country. It will also lead to stickability of the customers with the bank and also cross selling other bank products which will be win win situation for it.
