Business Case -The company is one of the leading travel agency. Its been more than 10 years since the company is in business but the growth in terms of revenue and booking is kind of stuck. We need to increase Sales by 10% which will help the centre grow in terms of revenue. This will help the centre to grow sales at faster pace which has not happened yet.
