Your Role & Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an analytical and creative individual, leader and collaborator responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives by driving proactive improvement projects using process engineering methodologies like six sigma, lean, automation, business transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive Quality goals & initiative in the business
  • Understanding of transaction as well as corporate quality
  • Innovate & improvise processes with hard targets for process improvements
  • Demonstrated proficiency with written & spoken English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business challenges


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum graduate
  • 15-17 years of BPO work experience with minimum 5 years of PEX/Transformation experience (building & leading transformation charter, programs & projects)
  • Expertise in Operations & Business Excellence/Business Quality Management (BQM)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certified
  • Completed at least 3-5 GB/BB projects as project lead and mentored projects across verticals
  • Proven experience in managing clients globally
  • Any onsite re-engineering exposure


Work Requirements:

  • Flexibility to attend to ad hoc business requirements


Knowledge / Skills Requirements:

  • Respect deadlines and understand customer point of view on work product
  • Clarity of thought and analytical bent of mind
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to drive Six Sigma methodology
  • In-depth knowledge of business process mapping and modeling (Business Process Re-engineering)
  • Experience in project management, preferably PMP or PRINCE2
  • Worked on RFI/RFPs
