Please refer to the previous post on Handling Time Fishbone. While doing the Lean Six Sigma project on reducing the Handling Time of calls the six sigma consultant found that the High Investigation Time had come as a possible contributing Factor (X). The team the decided to go down for a brainstorming session and have completed the 5 WHy Analysis for the same and here is the fishbone on High Investigation time.
