Overview of the Role
This role will work within the TMX Project Management team to help enable TMX delivery in a variety of key programs and projects. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the resources to deploy major releases of new and existing applications as well as overall or subsets of systems, within the predicted cost, time, and quality estimates. Projects and Programs will most likely be very cross functional in nature where multiple teams will need to effectively collaborate together. You will be seen as an IT Professional with a broad range of understanding of IT technologies and business processes. The Principle PM provides leadership and oversight on all aspects of a project, multiple projects or enterprise programs translating business requirements into systems solutions. They manage the delivery of the functional design, technical design, build, test, and readiness components of project and they establish and maintain a closeworking relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals. They possess the cross functional expertise and required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of a Information Technology project (Applications, Infrastructure, networks, and Security) .

Key Responsibilities:
The Principal Project Manager is responsible for the overall day to day management of one or more medium to small sized projects.
Has the ability to influence decision makers to steer technical decisions and designs on the project.
Communicates delivery status, issue management and resolution.
Focus on alignment with business strategy.
Day to day resource management of project team ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time , on budget, and within specification and or agreed upon project scope.
Manages program interdependencies.
Provides leadership to project team members and junior project managers assigned to the project and associated work tasks in a matrix environment.
May provide input to employee performance.
Leads negotiations on resource constraints and critical path contention issues across multiple projects.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and team meetings
Must fully understand how to use and ensure data is accurately maintained in Dell EMC IT Project Management Tools
Responsible for project communications ensuring all project stakeholders based on the level of interest and authority are well informed of project progress and decisions.

Essential Requirements:
9 years of experience in a ProjectProgram Manager role specifically within the IT space
Strong proven experience building out a successful KPI & Metrics program in previous role
Bachelor s Degree
Project Management Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, other Agile / Iterative methodologies
ITIL experience/ certification
Strong people leadership experience with proven track record of building and leading high performing teams
Proven ability to manage resources to meet goals across multiple projects/ programs
Strength in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
Broad experience of stakeholder management with proven ability to influence at senior level
Knowledge of managing projects in the following technology domains:
Unified Communications: Skype Meeting, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack
Messaging: Exchange On- prem, O365
Collaboration Tools: One Drive for business, Sharepoint, Box, Dropbox, Syncplicity
Client Computing: Window OS upgrades, device management software SCCM, Airwatch
VDI Citrix, Horizon View
Mobility Airwatch
