Job Description :

Ensure quality system is adhere
To participate in sunrise & sunset meeting and ensure to closer of relevant points.
Interaction with certification body for certification audit & surveillance audit and periodic visit
To ensure compliance during certification's QMS audit & circulate NC report to concerned department and timely close the NC's.
To ensure compliance during customers system audit and Interaction with departmental HOD for timely close the NC.
Do the customer self-assessment audit and make the action plan about non conformities. Circulate the NC to departmental HOD and ensure to timely close the NC.
Implement the customer specific quality system (QSB,ASES, MSES, MMA).
Ensure to review the ASES, MSES, MACE Audit action plan, implemented action and effectiveness monitoring.
Ensure to do the internal quality audit (System, Process & Product). Circulate the NC to departmental HOD and ensure to timely close the NC.
Ensure the update the master list of document and circulate the updated controlled document to concerned deptt.
Prepare the open points list against action taken on customer & internal problem and represent in review meeting.
Circulate MRM schedule for MRM and maintained the MRM meeting points & circulate to concerned departments.
Coordinate with all deptt. for continual improvement and collect the improvement data & represent in review meeting & MRM
Provide in-house quality system training
Participate in PFMEA & Control plan preparation.
Prepare and update departmental procedure, format with concerned with department HOD.
To collect Kaizen from department, review for implementation and motivate to operator for involvement in kaizen activity.
To do 5S audit plan, conduct audit and prepare action for shop floor improvement
Prepare K-card audit plan & ensure timely closure of NC
Attend daily DWM meeting.
