I started working with a leading BPO company in Noida in the year 2005 as an executive. Before joining AIG, I knew what Lean & Six Sigma is, but AIG changed my whole approach towards these concepts. It's an immense pleasure to get trained with such a talented group of people. You all treat your students like your baby and help them understand the nitty gritty of the course from the scratch. I joined AIG as fresher of Quality related course in last month. I got lot of learning about Six Sigma Course from AIG and also I feel faculty of AIG is very cooperative with students in training as well as social life of students because they understand Root Cause (Problem) of student and they work on the same. My Experience with AIG has been very pleasent so far. The staff has been extremely supportive and are very Professional . I had a wonderful experience with AIG. The teaching and the method of imparting instructions was very personalized. The highlights of learning in AIG was; the emphasis was on understanding and then only to move forward step by step. Overall the atmosphere promoted and encouraged learning and excellence. I also appreciate AIG in going out of the way to accommodate our timings and this aspect was given a lot of flexibility. I do not mind going back to AIG to learn and gain more. Hi, Please find the experience with AIG: I would like to comment what a commendable job AIG is doing to train the professionals and giving them a ray of hope of succeeding in their career.. The personalized attention, study material, flexi hours, pampering and knowledgeable trainers have made me a successful person in my career. I did a three days program with another renowned institute but it did not help rather i was not able to pass the interviews. However,with AIG it has been great the daily life examples they share makes an average student like me understand things easily and spot on. I am now looking forward to complete the PMS course with AIG.

I am fully content with the kind of training I am getting in AIG. Last year I was not well and couldn’t attend classes for almost the whole year. AIG team not only understood my circumstances however gave me extended support by giving me all the classes again. I have had wonderful experience learning Lean Six Sigma at AIG. Six Sigma concept tells us, any business grows only when it fully understands and fulfills the requirement of its customers and AIG sets very strong example in this. Their approach towards business is beyond money or only fees which starts with their customers' needs and ends with their customers' satisfaction, their students. It’s was the best judicious decision, I have ever taken in my life by choosing a Quality Stream “Six Sigma”. Well Six Sigma is not a course or a training it is a change in the style of working, change in thought process, change in believe towards your approach and Change in your attitude. To bring that Paradigm Shift in your life you just not need an Institute, you actually need a Guardian, who can walk along with you, when and where it required.
